Transactions Executed by Persons Having Access to Inside Information

The Management Board of PGF S.A. reports that on October 29h 2008 the Company received notifications concerning transactions in PGF shares executed by a person who is required to serve a notification pursuant to Art. 160 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments.
The notification concerned the acquisition by a member of PGF S.A.’s Management Board of PGF S.A. shares on the secondary market on the Warsaw Stock Exchange 2,718 shares on October 28th 2008, at the average price of PLN 23.32 per share.
