ZBIGNIEW MOLENDA
Vice-President of the Executive Board Responsible for Procurement and Distribution
Zbigniew Molenda holds a degree in engineering - he has graduated from the Electrical Faculty at the Technical University of Łódź (speciality: electrical machinery and equipment).
Professional Experience:
1. 1989-1990 - Zakład Energetyczny of Łódź, Supervisory Field Inspector
2. 1991-1998 - Hurtownia Leków Medicines, Deputy Director
3. 1994-1998 - Medicines SA, Vice-President of the Executive Board
4. since 1998 - PGF SA, successively: Vice-President, Member of the Executive Board, Vice-President, Member of the Executive Board.
At present, Mr Molenda also holds a position of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Clinika PL SA.
Mr Molenda's term of office expires in 2005. He is employed by the company under an employment contract.
According to his representation, Mr Molenda is not engaged in any activities competitive to PGF SA's business, is not a partner in any competitive partnership under civil law or another type of partnership, or a member of a governing body of any competitive company or other legal entity.
Mr Molenda has not been entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained pursuant to the Polish National Court Register Act, and has not held any positions in supervisory or managing bodies of companies which would be declared bankrupt or liquidated during his term of office.
