Professional career:
From 1990 – a partner in the Legal Office Kancelaria Radców Prawnych J. Leszczyński, Z. Wojnicki;
From 1984 - Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Łódź
Mr Leszczyński serves as the Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of Suwary S.A.,PZF Cefarm-Kraków S.A. and as a Member of the Supervisory Board of BSP S.A.
Mr Leszczyński is not engaged in any activities competitive to PGF S.A.’s business, is not a partner in any competitive partnership under civil law or another type of partnership, or a member of a governing body of any competitive company or other legal entity.
Mr Leszczyński is not known to have been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained pursuant to the Polish National Court Register Act.
Mr Leszczyński doesn’t meet the criteria for being an independent Supervisory Board Member, as defined in Par. 13.2 of the Company’s Articles of Association given that the Legal Office he ownes provides law assistance for PGF S.A.
