1963-1994: Medical Academy of Łódź - Scientist;
1986-1988: Manager of an inpatient pharmacy in Benghali (Libya)
1980-1983: Manager of an inpatient pharmacy in Benghali (Libya)
Mr Kalinka is not engaged in any activities competitive to PGF S.A.’s business, is not a partner in any competitive partnership under civil law or another type of partnership, or a member of a governing body of any competitive company or other legal entity.
Mr Kalinka is not known to have been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained pursuant to the Polish National Court Register Act.
Mr Kalinka submitted a representation to the Company to the effect that he meets the criteria for being an independent Supervisory Board Member, as defined in Par. 13.2 of the Company’s Articles of Association.
