Mr Jacek Tucharz was not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register. Mr Jacek Tucharz has represented that he meets the independence requirements set forth for Supervisory Board Members as defined in §13.2 of the Company’s Articles of Association.
