Piotr Stefańczyk
Supervisory Board Member
Appointed on July 14th 2008 for a one-year term of office.
Education: completed higher education; a graduate of the University of Łódź, Mr Piotr Stefańczyk holds masters degrees from two faculties:
1) Marketing and Management, and
2) Accounting (majored in Economic Cybernetics and Information Technology).
Mr Stefańczyk also completed executive MBA programmes at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign College of Business and at the School of Management at the Warsaw University.

Mr Stefańczyk is not engaged in any activities competitive to PGF S.A.’s business, is not a partner in any competitive partnership under civil law or another type of partnership, or a member of a governing body of any competitive company or other legal entity.
Mr Stefańczyk is not known to have been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained pursuant to the Polish National Court Register Act.
Mr Stefańczyk submitted a representation to the Company to the effect that he meets the criteria for being an independent Supervisory Board Member, as defined in Par. 13.2 of the Company’s Articles of Association.
