Education: Master’s degree in Economics from the University of ŁódĽ (1974), Faculty of Economics and Sociology, Major: Economics of Industry.
From 1981: certified accountant.
From 1996: entered in the list of Qualified Auditors maintained by the National Chamber of Chartered Auditors in Warsaw, under entry No. 4387.

1966-1974: knitting company Zakłady Przemysłu Dziewiarskiego Femina of ŁódĽ (delegated for one year to Zjednoczenie Przemysłu Dziewiarskiego i Pończoszniczego (the Knitting and Hosiery Industry Confederation)), last position: Head of the Costs and Prices Department.
Ms Wi¶niewska is not engaged in any activities outside PGF S.A., and in particular is not conducting any activities competitive to PGF S.A.’s business, is not a partner in any competitive partnership under civil law or another type of partnership, or a member of a governing body of any competitive company or other legal entity.
Ms Wi¶niewska is not known to have been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained pursuant to the Polish National Court Register Act.
Ms Wi¶niewska doesn’t meet the criteria for being an independent Supervisory Board Member, as defined in Par. 13.2 of the Company’s Articles of Association.
