JACEK SZWAJCOWSKI

Jacek Szwajcowski holds a degree in mechanical engineering - he has graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics at the Technical University of Łódź.
Professional Experience:
1. 1988-1989 - Zakłady Sprzętu Przeciwpożarowego of Łódź, Development Specialist
2. 1989-1995 - Przedsiębiorstwo Wdrażania Postępu Technicznego Pionier Sp. z o.o., President and Vice-President
3. 1990-1994 - Hurtownia Leków Medicines, the owner
4. since 1994 - Medicines SA, transformed into Polska Grupa Farmaceutyczna SA in 1998, President of the Executive Board
Mr Szwajcowski's term of office expires in 2005. He is employed by the company under an employment contract.
According to his representation, Mr Szwajcowski is not engaged in any activities competitive to PGF SA's business, is not a partner in any competitive partnership under civil law or another type of partnership, or a member of a governing body of any competitive company or other legal entity.
Mr Szwajcowski has not been entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained pursuant to the Polish National Court Register Act, and has not held any positions in supervisory or managing bodies of companies which would be declared bankrupt or liquidated during his term of office.
